Race For Green

IN Singapore G1, Green, SEC

An alternative Grand Prix of its own kind took place at the Float@Marina Bay on 19th September 2010.


Heralded as the 'Green Grand Prix', the Singapore G1 will feature a series of carbon-neutral eco-car races to raise awareness on the environmental impact of urban transportation in relation to climate change. The races include the Soap Box Derby, Buggy Race, Eco-car Race and Trishaw Race.

The inaugural Singapore G1 was officially launched at the Shaw House Amphitheatre on the 4th of September.
